With the lending environment always changing it is important to know what to expect while buying a house.
You must get pre-qualified or pre-approved and you must submit your personal information along with your financial information to your Karpe loan office.
Once you are pre-qualified or pre-approved, you can then go shopping for a home.
Once you find a home the escrow period will begin.
Karpe Mortgage will submit your for approval.
If you are approved for your loan, the loan officer will receive a list of conditions that need to be cleared by them. The loan officer may ask for more items from you at this point to satisfy the conditions.
Once all conditions are cleared, your loan documents will be printed out.
You will then sign loan documents, and a list of funding conditions will be given to the loan officer. The loan officer may ask for a couple of items from you on at this time.
After the funding conditions have been cleared, your loan will fund, and will be setup to record within 48 hours.
Once the loan records the process the escrow has closed and you will receive your keys to your home. The whole process typically take 30 to 45 days
Personal-Employment history, including locations of employers, for the past 2 years. Addresses of your residences for the past 2 years, as well as landlords, if appropriate. Security number
Copies of all bank statements for two months, Copies of W2's and tax returns for two years, Pay stubs from your employer covering the last 30 days prior to completing your loan application, If you are self-employed, or compensated by commissions, you will also need to supply your tax returns for the most recent year you filed, and the year preceding that one (2 years total).
